Andrew Ruditser
Andrew Ruditser is a prominent technology entrepreneur and digital agency leader based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. He completed his education at Rochester Institute of Technology, earning dual degrees - a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology between 1999 and 2003.
His entrepreneurial journey began when he started a small IT company in 2003, which he successfully sold for a profit four years later. In 2005, Ruditser co-founded MAXBURST, Inc., where he serves as Lead Technology Coordinator. The company, based in Farmingdale, NY, specializes in custom web design, development, and internet-based solutions. A significant milestone in his career came in 2007 when he met his business partner Donny Escolastico, with whom he further developed MAXBURST.
In 2014, Ruditser expanded his business ventures by co-founding MAXPlaces Marketing, LLC, a full-service Digital Marketing firm. The company focuses on providing affordable search engine optimization and online marketing services to clients throughout Long Island and the Greater New York marketplace, as well as national and international clients.
Ruditser's technical expertise is extensive, with proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and various web technologies. He has earned multiple certifications, including becoming a Google Badged Partner and Google AdWords Certified in 2014. His leadership philosophy emphasizes creating a balanced work environment, promoting creativity, and enabling team autonomy. Under his guidance, MAXBURST has grown to employ 32 full-time professionals and has developed a comprehensive five-step design process that focuses on identifying client needs, research, UX/UI development, content strategy, and design implementation.
As a bilingual professional with full proficiency in both English and Russian, Ruditser has been featured in notable publications including the New York Times, INC Magazine, and Huffington Post, and regularly contributes to Fast Company. His success can be attributed to three key factors: his partnership with Donny Escolastico, his father's encouragement of his entrepreneurial spirit, and his wife's unwavering support.
