Treatment plans are tailored to support long-term pain management, especially for individuals coping with co-occurring conditions like anxiety, depression, or trauma.
- Couples Intensives: Dalliance Sexual Wellness Collective offers a Sexual Enhancement for Couples Intensive (SECS) program designed to help couples deepen their connection and enhance their sexual satisfaction. This intensive, conducted over two consecutive Saturdays, combines group psychoeducation with private couple activities facilitated by therapists. The program utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach grounded in attachment theory, to build strong emotional bonds between partners. Dalliance's approach emphasizes creating a safe environment for couples to express needs, desires, and vulnerabilities while incorporating playfulness and fun into discussions about intimacy. The intensive aims to shift the focus from performance pressure and frequency to prioritizing pleasure and connection in sexual experiences. By blending group learning with personalized guidance, Dalliance's SECS program offers couples a unique opportunity to reignite their spark and develop a more loving, satisfying relationship in a supportive setting.
- Couples Therapy: Couples therapy at Dalliance Sexual Wellness Collective focuses on enhancing communication and emotional intimacy between partners. Therapists work with couples to develop strategies for engaging in difficult conversations and expressing needs without triggering defensive responses or withdrawal. The therapy emphasizes creating a safe, non-judgmental space where partners can share vulnerabilities, practice empathetic listening, and validate each other's feelings. This process aims to bridge emotional gaps that may have developed over time. Couples are encouraged to engage in open dialogues about their desires and aspirations, and to participate in shared experiences that challenge them. The therapy also supports partners in embracing each other's personal growth positively, helping to reignite feelings of love and appreciation that may have diminished. Through these approaches, couples can work towards rebuilding trust, deepening their connection, and fostering a more fulfilling relationship.
- Depression Therapy: Adults experiencing clinical depression, major depressive disorder, or long-term emotional challenges can find life-changing support through personalized, evidence-based therapy at Dalliance Therapy Center that addresses both emotional and physiological aspects of healing. This approach combines structured talk therapies, such as CBT, psychodynamic, and systemic therapy, with adjunctive treatments like TMS, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, and medication coordination when needed. Clients work with licensed therapists trained in depression and trauma recovery to identify core emotional wounds, build resilience, and regain clarity and control. With options for in-person and virtual sessions, therapy is accessible and tailored to each individual’s needs. Additional support is available for co-occurring issues such as anxiety, grief, and relationship stress, creating a comprehensive path toward emotional wellness.
- Discernment Counseling: Discernment Counseling, offered at Dalliance Therapy Center, is a specialized short-term process designed for couples uncertain about the future of their marriage. This approach is particularly suited for situations where one partner wants to work on the relationship while the other is considering divorce or separation. Unlike traditional couples therapy, Discernment Counseling doesn't aim to solve relationship problems but rather helps partners gain clarity about whether their issues are solvable. The process focuses on helping both individuals understand the factors that led to their current impasse and their respective contributions to the situation. Through this intensive exploration, couples can make an informed decision about whether to pursue couples therapy to preserve the relationship or to move towards ending the marriage. Dalliance's approach recognizes that when one partner is "leaning out" of the relationship, traditional couples therapy may be ineffective, making Discernment Counseling a valuable alternative for couples at a crossroads in their relationship.
- Group Therapy: Workshops offer a dynamic and supportive space for learning, personal growth, and community connection, particularly valuable for individuals seeking meaningful change. Through shared experiences and diverse perspectives, participants benefit not only from professional guidance but also from peer insight, fostering empathy, validation, and a sense of belonging. The group format encourages the development of social skills, increases self-awareness, and allows for constructive feedback in a safe, structured setting. Often more affordable than individual therapy, workshops expand access to mental health support and serve as a valuable complement to one-on-one therapeutic work.
- Individual Therapy: Dalliance Therapy Center offers individual therapy for clients struggling with unhealthy relationship patterns, emotional regulation, and life dissatisfaction. Their highly trained therapists help individuals address issues such as anger management, self-doubt, boundary-setting, and overwhelming societal expectations. The therapy process involves examining triggered responses, challenging negative thought patterns, and exploring the influence of family, culture, and identity on one's behavior. By working with a therapist, clients can develop strategies to navigate life's complexities, manage emotional reactivity, and uncover their authentic selves. The collective aims to help individuals understand and overcome obstacles in their relationships, process past hurts, and gain clarity on their needs and desires. This approach enables clients to build more fulfilling and intimate relationships while developing the confidence to tackle life's challenges and advocate for themselves.
- Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy: For individuals feeling trapped in cycles of depression, anxiety, trauma, or chronic emotional pain, traditional therapies and medications may not always offer the relief they seek. The persistent weight of these conditions can impact every area of life, leaving many feeling hopeless and disconnected. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) offers a promising alternative, especially for those facing treatment-resistant mental health challenges. This innovative approach combines the therapeutic effects of ketamine with guided psychotherapy to promote rapid, meaningful relief and long-term healing. KAP has shown effectiveness in treating conditions such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, chronic pain, and problematic substance use—helping individuals break free from suffering and reengage with life in a fuller, more connected way.
- Premarital Counseling: Dalliance Sexual Wellness Collective offers premarital counseling designed for engaged couples or those planning to marry, regardless of their background, age, religion, or previous marital experience. This specialized therapy aims to address potential issues and concerns before couples make a lifelong commitment. The collective's therapists work with couples to develop healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, creating a strong foundation for marriage. Sessions are tailored to each couple's unique situation and relationship goals, focusing on preparing them for potential challenges and developing strategies for effective conflict management. Dalliance emphasizes the importance of premarital counseling in strengthening marriages from the outset, helping couples create a plan for achieving long-lasting results. Their mission is to foster healthy marriages by equipping individuals with essential skills for communication and conflict resolution, setting the stage for a more successful and fulfilling marital relationship.
- SABI Training: With a combined 17 years of clinical experience, the creators of the SABI Training recognized that truly supporting clients around issues of sexuality requires more than academic knowledge or case study analysis—it demands self-awareness, authenticity, and ethical integration of personal values into professional care. Traditional training often encourages clinicians to separate their identities from their work, but this can hinder connection, presence, and authenticity in the therapeutic space. SABI Training was developed to bridge this gap, offering a comprehensive, evidence-informed program for therapists, wellness professionals, and healthcare providers. It equips participants to explore their own sexual attitudes and beliefs, understand how these influence client care, and build competence in navigating complex sexual topics with empathy and cultural sensitivity. Through experiential learning, expert-led dialogue, and interactive case work, SABI fosters deep personal insight and enhances therapeutic communication. The goal is to empower professionals to provide inclusive, compassionate, and informed care—creating safer, more supportive environments for clients to explore their sexual well-being.
- Sex Therapy: Sex therapy offers a supportive and empowering approach for individuals and couples navigating sexual health challenges. It provides a safe space to address issues such as low desire, erectile dysfunction, and communication barriers, guiding clients toward more satisfying sexual experiences. By incorporating techniques to enhance intimacy—such as sensate focus exercises and open dialogue—sex therapy fosters deeper emotional, intellectual, and spiritual connections. Recognizing the interplay between mental health and sexual wellness, sex therapy also integrates mental health support to address psychological barriers, ultimately improving sexual function and enhancing relationships.
